When this product works it’s excellent. My wife is going through the menopause and it is the only thing that helps with her hot flushes to get a good night’s sleep.
The problem is that after four month’s of use the a/c unit started leaking (on our carpet). Having returned the unit, it took six weeks before we were finally sent a replacement. Unfortunately this was dirty, wet, smelt of chocolate and was clearly itself a return.
Guess what. It also immediately started leaking.
Two weeks on I’m still being passed around their service dept. Lots of well meaning emails back but no resolution.
This is an expensive product bought on the promise of ‘sleep well’. At the moment I am very unhappy.
Come on Ooler / Chilli Sleep sort yourself out please.
To be fair the product works great - really helped us sleep. IF only it hadn't leaked and ruined our bed and mattress. No offer to replace the mattress or bed. Still awaiting refund for the faulty item. Beware.
Wow, I’m not usually the one on here providing an alternative view to bad reviews! I’ve had a very different experience than others seem to have. Maybe because they have recently launched a UK site and fulfilment centre? Unit arrived next day delivery.
I got the Ooler. Fantastic unit. Well built. I have a condition that causes overheating at night and this solves the problem. Sleep improved. Life saver!
Don't order one unless you want one for this time next year. I tried to get one for a gift for someone else's birthday on 7/24, figuring that more than 2 weeks would be plenty of time - WRONG! I placed an order on 7/08/20. I contacted them on 7/17/20 because I still hadn't even received a confirmation of my purchase, although they did have my money. They "FINALLY" responded on 7/22 and said, "Unfortunately, we are out of stock on the chiliBLANKET at the moment. That is what is affecting shipping. There is no way at the moment to ship it out sooner. It is expected to be restocked in Late August". On the 7/25, they sent half of my order. I contacted them again on 9/08/20. They "FINALLY" responded on 9/11/20 and said, "I've just heard back from our fulfilment team and I'm happy to say that we've received our stocks and are adjusting our inventory levels. The team will push for shipping by the end of next week the most". It's now 9/27/20 and I still haven't received my order from 7/08. Note that when I placed my order, there was no mention of "out of stock". I'm about ready for a lawsuit.
